Funny: So we finally moved into our apartment! The fires were put out by rain, and no houses were harmed! Our new apartment is very nice and more spacious than the one that I had in Williston. I really like it a lot the only down side is that it is rank with the stench of cat pee. We have purchased 6 candles and several bottles of Febreze, as well as carpet cleaner. So now it isn't so bad, but those first few days were pretty gross. The culprits of the smell, still come to our apartment every day! We have about six cats that seem to want to live in our front yard! When we leave the apartment to go tracting often times they will follow us from house to house. So of course, we named them all. I named five of them. They are Snowball, ginger snap, fluffy, whiskers, mittens, and Sister Archibald wanted to name one Pedro. So, we don't have pets technically, but we have some furry friends now! I forgive them for making our carpet smell terrible, because forgiveness is a Christlike attribute.

Spiritual: Hot Springs has its challenges as well as its blessings. Some days it is very hard to find people who are actually willing to listen to a message about Jesus Christ. Other days it seems there are so many people who are ready to start making changes in their life so they can come unto Christ. I have learned over and over in my life that relying on Christ, his atonement, his strength, his understanding, and his love is truly the only way that we will be able to endure to the end. Relying on ourselves and our own strength and our own understanding is not sufficient. We cannot feel of the joy that God intended us to have in this life or in the life to come, unless we learn to put our trust in him. When we choose to believe Christ. Believe that he loves us that he will help us and that he will save us from sorrow and from sin. He will. He loves us more than we can comprehend. "Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely. Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly. Though we may feel lost and without compass, Gods love encompasses us completely." - Dieter F. Uchtdorf I have felt this in my life. I know it is true. That is why I share it with others. Heavenly Father loves every single person that has lived, that does live, and that ever will live. Everyone has the opportunity and ability to feel that love, if they choose to accept Jesus Christ into their life.

Where I am at: Last P day we went and saw Mount Rushmore which I have never seen before, It was pretty fun! I also saw Crazy Horse from a distance which is kind of like Mount Rushmore, but made by Native Americans it was also very cool! There is this place called Buffalo Gap in between two of the small towns that are in my area, and without fail whenever you drive through buffalo gap you see a bunch of buffalo. Shocking I know. It is very beautiful in this area, I feel very blessed. Some interesting things about Hot Springs: The water is said to have "healing properties" and I drink it every day out of the sink... So, we'll see if I get super powers or something that would be pretty cool. Almost every single person you meet in Hot Springs is a veteran. This is a retirement community town, with many many people who are combat veterans. There is a Veterans hospital in Hot Springs (which half the town are employed by), and many of the people here struggle with really bad PTSD. Everyone who lives here though is unfailingly kind and polite. It's fun opening up a new area because you have to start from scratch. It has its challenges, but I love it so much!
