Funny: I have had two funny conversations this week. I will tell you both of them. One of them is with an old man who has Alzheimer’s "They tell me I have Alzheimer’s, do I look like I have Alzheimer's to you!" "I don't know." "Well what do you know!" "I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true." "oh." The second conversation was in a Wendy's with a slightly intoxicated Lakota gentleman. "Can I ask you a question?" "Sure." (I was really hoping he was about to ask me about my name tag so I could tell him about the church) "Why are you SO beautiful?" ....... (didn't quite know how to respond so I just said the first thing I could think of) "Because I believe in Jesus Christ and because of him I am happy." "Yeah! And because of genetics passed on from your parents too." "Well...you’re not wrong."

Spiritual: We have seen SO much success this week! We found 8 new friends to teach the gospel to this week! So now we are teaching about 20 people, and I love it. I love always being busy, with really fun work! Five of the new people we found this week, we found by randomly knocking on doors. However, it isn't truly random. I firmly believe that the Lord directs us and puts us in the paths of the people He needs us to help. One specific example of this we were knocking on an apartment complex, and no one was answering, finally we got to the last door (It's always the last door, maybe I should just start with the last from now on) and a girl named Jaden opened the door. She let us in, and wanted to learn more about the message we were sharing. She told us a few years ago her and her boyfriend had met with missionaries, and gone to our church, but then they moved to South Dakota. She had been telling her boyfriend for the last two years, as soon as we get a car, we are going to start going back to church. The day we knocked on her door happened to be a few days after they finally got their car. The Lord does direct our paths. I've seen it, and I know it to be true. I'm so grateful for these tender mercies and little miracles I get to see in my life every day.

Where I'm at: We got to go ice skating last Monday with the zone! It was especially fun, because we usually only ever see other missionaries for an hour on Wednesday when we have district council, so it was fun to get to know the other missionaries better, and spend the day with them. I love being on my mission, I love all the challenges and blessings, and everything that comes with it! I love you all thank you so much for loving, and supporting me! It means a lot.

With all my love,
Sister Williams
