Funny: Having been on a mission for a while now sometimes I just get super tired! Well there was a day this week where we were going around trying people. I was very tired for some reason, and due to this as I was walking, I tripped on the sidewalk and fell super dramatically. I just laid there for a second on the sidewalk because I was so tired. My companions were laughing so hard. My leg got pretty scraped up, but it was honestly really funny!

Spiritual: Margaret and Elijah (two of the people we are teaching) they are getting baptized the weekend before I go home, and getting married before that! They asked us to be their bridesmaids and we are extremely excited for them. I love them so much; they have become some of my dear friends! There is a very meaningful phrase in Lakota: Mitakuye Oyas'in. They are words of prayer, It means all my relatives. It acknowledges our spiritual connection to all others and our need to help one another. If we think and act as family to all other beings, we will have peace. I have found that as I love others as family and see them as they really are, my sisters and brothers, I am filled with SO much joy!

Where I'm at: I love my new trio! I am so close to both of these sisters (especially since I was friends with Sister Kropf in college) I couldn't be happier to spend my last transfer with anyone else! I love this area so much! I'm so grateful to be here and serving the Lord.
