Funny: Our mission President is very big on us going to
events and such to talk to people in normal and natural ways. So, we decided to
go to the Walmart ribbon cutting! They have been remodeling it for the past few
months, and it is the only descent store for miles and miles. Honestly one of
the best places we are able to meet new people and start teaching them is good
ol' wally world!
Spiritual: We had Emma's baptism this week it was SO
special! Her dad was converted and baptized about 2 years ago now, and she has
been wanting to do the same ever since. Her mom wasn't too keen about it
though, but now we are teaching her mom and all of her siblings! I love
watching families come unto Christ SO much! There is a quote in Preach My
Gospel that says "Heaven is a continuation of the ideal family." I
cherish those hopes of being able to live with my family forever, and it makes
me overjoyed helping other families do the same!
Where I'm at: We got our transfer call for my last transfer,
and we will be getting a trio here in Pierre! We are getting another new Sister
Reina Kropf! So this will be my 5th time training! And here's the kicker, I
knew her in college! She went to Snow College with me and we were friends! So
this will be a fun trio to end out my mission. I'm very excited for all the
work that will be done this transfer.
